Ever since Covid-19 hit our shores in early 2020, we have been engaged in an ongoing challenge of keeping the school community safe and learning through the pandemic.
The Soaper 5 are a group of fictional superheroes created to educate our young students about safe-distancing and good personal hygiene at the start of the pandemic. They played a starring role in our communications efforts, especially so during the vaccination drive for our younger students.
This campaign landed a merit award in Public Relations in the Service of Mankind (PRISM) 2021, organised by the Institute of Public Relations of Singapore (IPRS). Soaper 5 was also chosen by Singapore Post Limited (SingPost), in conjunction with Teachers’ Day in issuing a set of anti-COVID-19 themed stamps. These collaterals were a tribute to our education fraternity for their resilience and hard work in ensuring that students continue to learn in a safe environment amidst the pandemic.
