We wanted to convey the changes in a simple, jargon-free and relatable way to parents.
We also wanted to focus on the rationale for these changes, and make sure that the info dissemination is clear. To avoid ambiguities and possible too to show how we are moving from the current system.
We thought about the various users who will need to access this information.
Teachers face our parents - We also needed to help teachers in explaining the changes to parents.
